CASC
CASC, which in Italian stands for Centro Aiuto Stazione Centrale (Central Station Help Center) is the service of the Municipality of Milan for people in situations of serious social marginalization, such as homeless people and refugees.Through the Politecnico di Milano, a number of students were commissioned to create a new communication system (#online #offline) dedicated to the new public operational headquarters in Via G. B. Sammartini, 120, Milano. The concept aim to simplify the complex bureaucracy of the service and make it accessible (#MultiLenguage, #UserExperience) to people living on the street through a new identity system which is clear, welcoming and friendly at the same time.
