In the Hut prevail mutual respect, design ethics and rigor in the process, moreover, as a cultural disseminator, the hut is bound by an eco-social responsibility in inputs and outputs.

"We used to be bosses, now are the ties that decides for us" says an apfelbauer (apple farmer) between the roar of a FENT tractor and tekno basses.
Since a while, the topic of pesticides in Sudtirol's apple crops has gone viral,
"Pomo d'Oro" questions the ethics of intensive South Tyrolean agriculture and the massive use of pesticides from the side of those who "spray".

The filmmakers' desire is to demolish the mainstreamj accusatory narrative against apfelbauers and to take the viewer among an ironic and grotesque experience.
